December 31, 2010 marked our 15 year dating anniversary - we could think of no better way to celebrate than to get married!

The Claddagh has been one of our favorite local places to have dinner and hang out. We know it will provide a cozy and inviting location to have our wedding and to spend time celebrating with everyone.
The Dinner Menu:
Cooley Ribeye Char-grilled 10oz. ribeye cooked to medium-well & topped with molten garlic herb butter, served with hand cut fries.
Balsamic Chicken Balsamic-marinated chicken topped with sundried tomato & scallions, served with mashed potatoes & seasonal vegetables.
Shrimp Risotto Grilled Shrimp & vegetable risotto topped with shaved parmesan.

The meaning of the Claddagh Ring
An interesting note:
The Claddagh ring has been worn by Michelle since around the time that Jer and Michelle started dating. The fact that this is the Claddagh Restaurant is one of those neat coincidences!
